Cancellation Policy

Bookings for initial consultations with Natranutrition may be made online, all subsequent consultations will be agreed between the client and Natranutrition. Full fees for the 12 week programme must be paid upfront unless otherwise agreed with Natranutrition. Payment plans may be discussed and agreed. Please email: rachel@natranutrition.co.uk prior to booking. Natranutrition requires more than 24 hours notice to cancel consultations. If a consultation is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice a 50% fee will be incurred. If a consultation is not attended a 100% fee will be charged. If a consultation is cancelled by Natranutrition with less than 24 hours’ notice, then a 50% will be taken off your next consultation.
