I specialise in nutrition for gut health, weight management and the support of mental well-being, including depression, anxiety and ADHD.

Gut Health

I can help you identify and address the root causes of digestive imbalances that may be affecting your overall well-being. Poor gut health has many disguises and as well as symptoms such as  bloating, constipation, reflux and diarrhoea can actually include fatigue, brain fog, skin issues, joint pain, mood swings, and even anxiety or depression. An imbalance in your gut microbiome can lead to inflammation, nutrient deficiencies, and disruptions in your immune and nervous systems. Using the information you provide for me in the consultation,  I will assess your diet, lifestyle, and symptoms to create a tailored nutrition and wellness plan designed to heal and support your gut.  A well-functioning gut can be the answer to a myriad of symptoms. By incorporating gut-friendly foods, supplements (if necessary), and lifestyle adjustments, I can help you to restore balance, improve digestion, and enhance your overall health from the inside out.

ADHD & Mental Health

I can help you address some of your symptoms of depression, anxiety, and ADHD by focusing on the powerful connection between nutrition, gut health, and brain function. Nutrient deficiencies—such as low levels of omega-3 fatty acids, B vitamins, magnesium, and zinc—can significantly impact your mood, focus, and emotional well-being.  Imbalances in your gut health can affect neurotransmitter production, as much of our serotonin (the "feel-good" hormone) is made in the gut. Identifying these imbalances and then targeting them with a nutrient-rich diet, supplementation (if needed), and key lifestyle habits such as managing your blood sugar, stress and sleep,  we can support brain health naturally. Using the information you give me about your health history, I will  develop a personalised plan that can help nourish both your body and mind, helping you feel more balanced, energised, and in control of your mental well-being.

Whilst I generally see adults with ADHD, I will also see under 18s provided that their parent or guardian feels that they are able to fully support their child with any

suggested protocol.

Weight Loss

I take a wholistic approach to weight management, focusing on sustainable nutrition, nervous system balance, and enjoyable lifestyle habits. Many weight struggles are linked to imbalances in metabolism, blood sugar, stress hormones, and gut health.  Very often, it is far more than just calorie counting. I will create a personalised nutrition plan for you that will nourish your body with whole, satisfying foods that regulate appetite, boost energy, and support a healthy metabolism. I also emphasise nervous system regulation, as chronic stress can lead to emotional eating, cravings, and hormonal imbalances that make weight loss challenging. Through realistic exercise recommendations and lifestyle strategies—such as improving sleep, managing stress, and building movement into your routine in an enjoyable way—we will work together to create lasting changes that feel effortless rather than restrictive. My goal is to help you achieve a healthy weight in a way that supports your overall well-being and is both achievable and sustainable.
