About Natranutrition

"Hi, I’m Rachel! As a mother of three and a passionate lover of nature, plants, and animals, I’ve always been drawn to a natural approach to well-being".
I wanted to understand how to uncover the root causes of health issues using food as medicine and qualified with a distinction in naturopathic nutrition from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London. I study herbs alongside my practice and have completed practitioner training in SIBO protocols. I continue to improve and enhance my knowledge through monthly mentoring and attending seminars and webinars on a regular basis.
I know how hard it can be to make changes to your diet and lifestyle because we all have very different relationships with food, and we all live our lives through distinct lenses. That is why when you come to see me, we will take a deep dive into your health history and discuss how we can make a nutrition plan work for you and your lifestyle. I will set you achievable goals that will still get you results.
Through my years of study and life experience, I’ve encountered my fair share of faddy diets and rigid nutritional rules. That has ultimately taught me that being too strict or hard on yourself only leads to stress and pressure—both of which can be just as harmful as poor nutrition. A balanced, flexible approach is key to lasting well-being.
The most important aspect of coming to see me is that you are able to implement small changes that will set you on the road to success so that you can feel healthier and turn your nutrition into something that you enjoyable that can nurture and nourish both you and your family.
